We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Refinishing Technician to add to our team. Main job duties involve performing spot repairs & refinishing of bathtubs, sinks, and other surfaces.

Responsibilities
- Review assigned work orders for accuracy.
- Perform refinishing services at various jobsites (commercial and residential).
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance.
- Refinish a series of surfaces including but not limited to bathtubs, tile walls, tile floors etc
- Perform extensive repairs to the substrate to remove cracks, rust, chips, and other
imperfections.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment provided.
Qualifications
- Some painting or body shop experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the bathtub refinishing industry a plus.
- Strong communication and interaction skills required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach
- Possess and demonstrate good manual dexterity
- Vision abilities required include color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
